“Brioso” organic cooked sliced ham

We use only the best legs of organic pork, carefully selected by us and defatted. We flavour them with our natural infusion prepared exclusively with the best organic spices and aromatic plants, fruit of the recipe created by us in 1966. After a long phase of massaging and maturing, during which the legs acquire our taste and the typical softness of High Quality Hams, they are moulded into moulds by the skilful hands of our pork butchers, and subjected to a slow steam cooking phase lasting over 16 hours, to maintain fragrance and organoleptic qualities.

The external colour is typically pinkish, the result of slow steaming. The slice is soft and compact, able to melt in your mouth like a real Quality Ham. Brioso” Ham is sweet and delicately flavoured, with the right balance of salt.

WITH
Organic pork legs infused with BioVida organic spices and herbs, hand-moulding, slow steaming for over 16 hours, and a lot of passion in making charcuterie since 1966.

WITHOUT
gluten, milk derivatives and caseinates, starches, GMOs. It also does not contain substances or products which cause allergies or intolerances within the meaning of Annex III of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011.

THE BEST WAY TO STORE THE PRODUCT
Our Organic Cooked Ham “Brioso” is a Quality Ham: therefore with a low content of preservatives and antioxidants. Therefore, once opened, it should be consumed as quickly as possible, taking care to store it at a temperature between 0° and 4°.

TASTING AND PAIRING
In order to express the best of its production, BioVida “Brioso” Cooked Ham should be eaten cold. We recommend pairing it with white wines from the region, such as “Friulano” or sparkling “Ribolla Gialla”, which are best able to enhance the flavours.
