This is why we process organic meat following the original recipes of the Italian tradition. This requires careful and patient processing respecting the ways and, above all, the times set by nature. With BioVida, we have been offering consumers a wide selection of organic cured meats since 2000, from cooked ham to salami and many other specialities.

cured meats

Luigi Vida Bio pigs are free to roam freely in the open air, in large spaces dedicated to them, feeding on natural food, free of GMOs, pesticides or chemical herbicides.

We wait for them to naturally complete their life cycle, only then starting the processing to have a more mature, tasty and healthy raw material.

genuine production chain

Our production is scrupulously controlled according to organic standards by internationally accredited Control Bodies, together with compliance with the Food Safety standards contained in the FSSC22000 certification and compliance with all EU regulations.
